Missing an E-Mail?

Missing an Important E-mail? We have you covered.

Places to Check for Missing Emails:

  1. Inbox (Search Bar)

    • Use the search bar at the top of Outlook or Outlook Web to search for sender name, subject, or keywords.

    • Double-check sorting (e.g., newest to oldest) and filters (e.g., unread only).

  2. Junk Email Folder

    • Messages flagged as spam are often routed here.

  3. Quarantine

  4. Other or Focused Inbox

    • If Focused Inbox is enabled, check both the “Focused” and “Other” tabs in Outlook.

  5. Rules (Inbox Management Rules)

    • Go to Settings > Mail > Rules (in Outlook Web) or File > Manage Rules & Alerts (desktop).

    • Check if an inbox rule moved or deleted the message.

  6. Deleted Items

    • The email might have been accidentally deleted.

  7. Clutter or Archive

    • Rarely used now, but if Clutter is still enabled, check that folder.

    • Also check the Archive folder.

  8. Blocked Senders List

    • Go to Settings > Mail > Junk email (Outlook Web).

    • Make sure the sender isn’t accidentally blocked
