Creating a ticket using the Nugravity Ticketing System is simple.<\/span><\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

First, navigate to the Nugravity Customer Portal:<\/p>\n

        1. Open your browser and type in https:\/\/nugravity.ca, then select ‘My Account’  and ‘Customer Portal’ from the menu – you can also Click Here<\/a>. 

          Note: for Nugravity-monitored devices, there will be a Nugravity icon on your computer’s systray. Left-click on the icon, then left-click on the Customer Portal.<\/li>\n
        2. Enter your company email address and your password.<\/li>\n
        3. You will be prompted for the Multi-Factor Authentication code or MFA code.<\/li>\n
        4. Once logged in, select ‘Create Ticket’ from the menu option on the left.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
